Every saddle fitter has his or her own way of working, but our dealers are trained by Empire in our models, tree shapes, panels, and the various versions. <\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"591\" data-end=\"907\">During a saddle fitting consultation, the saddle fitter looks at your horse as well as you as a rider. Based on this, it is determined which Empire models and versions are suitable to try. Regularly care for the leather with a suitable leather care product.  <strong>Empire has its own collection of leather care products for this purpose, available through your Empire saddle fitter.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"18ul2do\" data-start=\"700\" data-end=\"819\">Preferably use a mounting block when mounting. This reduces the strain on the saddle during mounting. <\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1vg708p\" data-start=\"820\" data-end=\"1000\">Use a saddle rack that keeps the wool-flocked panels free. When the panels rest on the rack for a long time, the wool and panels can deform and thus affect the fit. <\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"xjc7hp\" data-start=\"1001\" data-end=\"1120\">Remove the girth when storing the saddle and check that the girth straps hang straight and are not twisted.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1unpe5y\" data-start=\"1121\" data-end=\"1311\">Store your saddle in a dry, well-ventilated place. Never let a damp saddle pad dry under the saddle. The wool can still settle somewhat in the initial period, and your horse can also change. This normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty. However, if there is excessive wear that is not in line with what can reasonably be expected, the warranty conditions apply.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"1619\" data-end=\"1988\">Do you have a problem with your Empire saddle or do you think there is a defect? Then always contact the Empire saddle fitter from whom you purchased the saddle.  <strong data-start=\"1791\" data-end=\"1914\">The saddle fitter is the seller of the saddle and is responsible for handling warranty and any defects.<\/strong> If necessary, the saddle fitter will contact Empire Saddles regarding this matter.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"1990\" data-end=\"2258\">In addition to the legal warranty, additional warranty periods apply to new Empire saddles: five years on the tree, three years on the leather, and two years on patent leather, stones, and Swarovski. The delivery time depends on the model, the version, and any chosen options.
